This was one of the most rewarding film productions I’ve experienced so far. We filmed it in in Dublin, Ireland, in early January 2020 (Right before COVID shut the world down). I had the script sitting on my laptop for a few years. And then after watching an inspirational webinar from the Duplass Brothers about indie filmmaking, I decided to just shoot this. The thing is, I decided to do it at the end of December 2019. This meant that I had to pull the whole thing together in a couple of weeks 😱

I knew I would be in Ireland at the start of January for my Marketing role. So I figured I could stay the weekend, and organize the cast and crew to film the 7-page script in my AirBnB 😅

It was definitely a zany, ambitious idea. But I figured if everyone said yes, then we could achieve it. And our cast and crew were just incredible! The whole shoot was a breeze and I’m delighted with the final results. Also, a talented musician friend of mine, Ed Scanlan wrote the final song, which blew me away. I actually sent another song to him and asked if he could do a new, instrument version…. But he actually added lyrics to his new version and just like everyone who worked on this project, knocked it straight out of the damn park! I love that end track so much.
